Our partner Auctioneer is Menck White Auctioneers headed by the principal auctioneer Clarence White is a five-time winner of the REINSW Award for Excellence in Auctioneering (2014, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2022), the 2022 Australasian Auctioneering Champion and one of Australia's premier independent real estate auctioneers.
Clarence spent six years calling auctions within two leading networks before establishing his own independent auction business in 2018, further expanding in 2020 to form Menck White Auctioneers with business partner Paul Menck.
Clarence is an auction chapter committee member for the Real Estate Institute of NSW and has represented NSW six times (2014, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2022) at the prestigious Australasian Auctioneering Championships. Clarence works with leading agents in Sydney's key prestige marketplaces in the eastern suburbs, inner west and on the north shore and beaches. We offer both onsite auctions and in-rooms, this depends on the type of property and the individual client circumstances.

Clarence White offers in-room real estate auctions at Sydney Auction Rooms in Double Bay. The power of in-room auctions is in allowing buyers to see other buyers buying property and witness other properties being sold at auction. The excitement and energy in the room forms a sort of "social proof" which creates a comfortable and encouraging environment giving buyers confidence to engage in the bidding and buying process. This very often results in a superior result for the seller.

Clarence White is available for on-site real estate auctions across Australia during the week and in Sydney only on Saturdays. On-site auctions allow buyers to feel emotionally connected to the home while bidding and also offer a powerful atmosphere as neighbours and onlookers gather to witness proceedings.
